Irfon Cottage is converted from a farm barn. All accommodation is on one level with two steps out to the patio area.
There is a good sized car park which is surfaced in gravel. Walk through the double gates to the courtyard, all on one level. Security lights will illuminate the courtyard.
Bathroom – Walk in shower.
Living area is open plan with adequate turning room.
All sockets and switches in the cottage are at about 1m height
Smoke alarm in hallway outside the bedroom.
No Smoking policy in the cottage, you are welcome to smoke outside on the patio area.
In case of fire exit by front door or patio doors, assembly point car park.
