Hay Barn is converted from a farm barn. Access is via steps and a staircase.
There is a good sized car park which is surfaced in gravel. Walk through the double gates to the courtyard, all on one level. Security lights will illuminate the courtyard.
Living area and Kitchen is open plan and is on first floor level.
Bathroom downstairs – Walk in shower cubicle.
Bedrooms downstairs
Smoke alarms and fire sprinklers throughout the barn.
No Smoking policy in the barn, you are welcome to smoke outside at the far end of the patio area.
In case of fire exit by front door or downstairs fire exit door in the bedroom. Assembly point car park.
