specifically designed with the wheelchair user in mind.All accommodation is on one level with no steps or appreciable ramps.There is a good sized car park adjoining the road which is surfaced in gravel.A paved area of the car park is provided for wheelchair users or there is a paved,
covered way, giving direct access to the entrance door, which can be used in wet
weather.The courtyard, side garden and terrace are accessible to wheelchair users.All doors 90cm wide.

All bedrooms ensuite, two have roll-in showers with seats, handrails, space for side transfer to
WC.

Living area is open plan with adequate turning room.

The kitchen allows for access but is not intended for unaccompanied wheelchair
users.

All sockets and switches in the cottage are at about 1m height
