Two self catering cottages converted from farm barns, one of which, Wye Cottage is
specifically designed with the wheelchair user in mind. All accommodation is on one level with no steps or appreciable ramps.There is a good sized car park adjoining the road which is surfaced in gravel.A paved area of the car park is provided for wheelchair users and there is a paved,
covered way, giving direct access to the entrance door, which can be used in wet
weather.The courtyard, side garden and terrace are accessible to wheelchair users. All doors 90cm wide.Short pile carpeting to all rooms.
All bedrooms ensuite, one has a roll-in shower with a shower chair if required, handrails, space for side transfer to WC.
Living area is open plan with adequate turning room.
The kitchen allows for access but is not intended for unaccompanied wheelchair
All sockets and switches in the cottage are at about 1m height
Smoke alarms fitted to all rooms.
